The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited

to sensitivities, allergies, and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client's

failure to inform them of any condition whether known or unknown.   

 Cancellation Policy ?

    In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

§  If you cancel the order 7 days before the event date, the full booking amount will be refunded.

§  If you cancel the order between 7 to 4 days before the event day, a 50% refund will be issued.

§  If you cancelled the order less than 4 days, no refund will be issued

Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
