Cancellation Policy ?

    In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

§  If you cancel the order 48 hours before the event date, a full refund will be issued.

§  If you cancel the order between 48 to 24 hours before the event day, a 50% refund will be issued.

§  If you cancelled the order less than 24 hours, no refund will be issued

Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
