Terms & Condition :-
§ The lighting chatri will not stay much longer than the decided time. If you need more time you have to
pay extra charges.
§ If the order is to be canceled, the full amount has to be paid.
Cancellation Policy ?
In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:
§ If you cancel the order 7 days before the event date, the full booking amount will be refunded.
§ If you cancel the order between 7 to 4 days before the event day, a 50% refund will be issued.
§ If you cancelled the order less than 4 days, no refund will be issued
Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
