§  Props will be provided as per availability.

§  Stage decor and stage platform are different things, only stage decor will be provided.

§  Please, products to be returned before 9 am otherwise, the next day’s charges will be applied.

§  Ensure, that you have gone through the product specifications before the booking.

§  Meeting that will be scheduled between ASP and the client on the event location, if we identify that the stage 

   size is more than the stage decor mentioned size in the product details then it will be charged extra.

Cancellation Policy ?

    In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

§  If you cancel the order 24 hours before the event date, a full refund will be issued.

§  If you cancel the order between 24 to 12 hours before the event day, a 50% refund will be issued.

§  If you cancelled the order less than 12 hours, no refund will be issued.

Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
