 Cancellation Policy ?

    In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

§  If you cancel the order 24 hours before the event date, the full booking amount will be refunded.

§  If you cancel the order between 24 to 12 hours before the event date, 50% booking amount will be refunded.

§  If you cancelled the order in less than 12 hours, no refund will be issued.

Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
