Terms for booking :-

·         The edited soft copy will be delivered to the client’s drive.

·         Location charges and food charges within the shoot will be paid by the client.

·         If the traveling for the shoot is more than 30 km., the travel cost will be paid by the client.

·         If there is a 2-day shoot then the traveling charges will be paid by the client.

Album :-

·         No approval will be taken by the client for album printing after the event is done.

·         We give you a web application link for photo selection after the event is done, he client must complete photo selection in 7 working days (validity only 20 days).

·         If not done in 20 days we charge for every next 10 days for ₹500.

·         All photographs will be given to the client in his pen drive on the day of album delivery or the print process start.

·         The album will be delivered within 15 working days after photo selection.

Video :-

·         Video will be delivered in 20-25 working days.

·         We will deliver the video within 20-25 working days after the event, only if the client selects the songs before the event.

·         We will deliver the video within 30 working days after the event if the client selects the songs after the event.

·         Min. 30 minutes required for a couple of photoshoots.

·         For wedding and Engagement, the shoot will be held at the hall from start to end.

·         Approx. 5-10 minutes of aerial footage is included in post-production.

·         Revision/ changes in the wedding album and video are chargeable at ₹1000 per change.

Bridal Mehandi Designer : -

Mehndi : -

·         Fully Traditional mehndi till elbow front and back for both hands.

Building Light mala : -

Package Includes For 4 Days:-

·         10 Qty. (1 Mala in between 10 feet to 50 feet).

Pheta :-

·         Plain Phete 50 nos.

Please Note :-

·         Images are for reference only.

·         Sofa and props will be provided as per availability.

·         Stage decoration and stage platform are different things, only stage decoration will be provided.

·         Please, products to be returned before 9 am otherwise, the next day’s charges will be applied.

·         Ensure, that you have gone through the product specifications before the booking.

·         Meeting that will be scheduled between ASP and the client on the event location, if we identify that the stage size is more than the stage decoration mentioned size in the product details then it will be charged extra.

Cancellation Policy ?

    In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

·         Before One Month               :   80%

·         Before 15 Days                      :   70%

·         Before 5 Days                        :   50%

·         On the Event Date                :   30%

Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
