    In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

·        Before One Month               :   80%

·        Before 15 Days                      :   70%

·        Before 5 Days                        :   50%

·        On the Event Date                :   30%

Given the rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
