§  Stage decoration and stage platform are totally different things for stage decoration platforms are always provided by the venue.

§  Please, products to be returned before 9 am otherwise next day’s charges will apply.

§  Ensure, that you have gone through the product specifications before booking.

§  Meeting that will be scheduled between ASP and the client on the event location, if we identify that the

    stage size is more than the stage decoration mentioned size in the details of the product then it will be charged extra.

Cancellation Policy ?

    In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

§  If you cancel the order 7 days before the event date, the full booking amount will be refunded.

§  If you cancel the order between 7 to 4 days before the event day, a 50% refund will be issued.

§  If you cancel the order in less than 4 days, no refund will be issued.

Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
